Why attend a Connect•Work•Thrive Conference?
Making a midlife career change or deciding to return to work after a career gap can be overwhelming. But there are opportunities and advice available to make your job change or career transformation a smooth one.
Consider attending a return to work program or back to work program. In addition to providing you with ideas about what types of career choices might be right for you, there will be mid-career professionals including a career coach, a career advisor, and/or a career consultant plus others on site to provide you with career counseling services as well as one-on-one-coaching and career development planning.
During individual sessions, you will receive career advice on topics ranging from skills assessment to how to create a changing careers resume to interview coaching. Small group coaching sessions should also be available, allowing you to meet and network with other executive and business professionals like yourself.
During an event such as the Connect•Work•Thrive Return to Work Career Transformation Conference, there will be career relaunch and career change workshops throughout the day run by mid-career professionals who can provide you with the career development planning and assistance you need to jumpstart your new career. Since there will be many workshop choices available to you and opportunities to hear from a career consultant in varying areas of interest, you will receive the career guidance and advice you want and need.
