She is President of Tiro Life Coaching, LLC specializing in talent development, in particular leadership coaching, organizational workshops, and staff assessment tools for hiring onboarding / succession planning.

She is also a member of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, ABWA, (American Business Women Association) ATD (Association for Talent Development) Girl Scout Troop Leader and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Rho Delta Omega Chapter)
