Company Relations Manager of LaunchCode
Lauren Tracey is the Company Relations Manager of LaunchCode, a nonprofit organization that creates pathways to economic opportunity and upward mobility through apprenticeships and job placement in technology.
LaunchCode partners with over 300 companies to create special on-ramps into apprenticeships and jobs in technology that bypass credentials and focus on the candidate. LaunchCode has placed over 350 candidates into IT roles and continues to grow as an organization, expanding to Kansas City and Rhode Island at the beginning of 2016.
Lauren has focused her career on hiring and recruiting, mostly within Information Technology. She is passionate about placing driven and skilled individuals into careers that promote growth and creativity. She has supported small startups through Fortune 500 companies, nationwide.
Lauren spends her free time teaching yoga at Providence Power Yoga in Rhode Island, cooking, and hiking throughout New England with her chocolate lab and fiancé.
Lauren received her B.S. in Psychology from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.
