Amy’s breadth and depth of knowledge and experience working with individuals, families and communities has given her the unique ability to connect with people and transform lives and careers.

Her approach to working with others is a thought-provoking process that helps her clients achieve greater personal and professional self-awareness and fulfillment. Amy guides others toward attaining their fullest potential and achieving success.

Amy has over 20 years of entrepreneurship and non-profit experience in the substance abuse field. She created a nonprofit organization (Project Teen Talk: Giving our Youth a Voice), worked with the DEA Educational Foundation, and The Partnership for Drug-Free Kids. She has extensive experience working with non-profits, specifically in strategic planning, program development, and implementation of community-based programs.

Amy holds her B.A. in psychology with a minor in business from Westminster College and her M.A. in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is a New York University Certified Life Coach, a Certified Career Coach with The Five O’Clock Club, a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation), and trained Recovery Coach.
